Jesred - Rewrite Log Format

Jesred - Rewrite Log Format If an URL is rewritten via jesred and rewrite logging is enabled, an entry is append to rewrite_log using the following format:

Timestamp Client/Ident URL RURL rule_no

with:

Timestamp
The time when the lookup is completed (value is given back to squid).
The format is "Unix time" (seconds since Jan 1, 1970) with millisecond resolution.
Client
The IP address of the connecting client.
Ident
The result of the RFC931/ident lookup of the client username. If RFC931/ident lookup is disabled (default: `ident_lookup off'), it is logged as - .
URL
The requested URL.
RURL
The replaced URL.
rule_no
The number of the rule in the rules file, which caused the replacement.
